Downhole / High-Pressure
- Hot oil service: HNBR 80β90A or FKM 90A with PTFE backups to control extrusion.
- Sour gas/acid: choose FKM/FFKM grades suited for H2S/CO2 environments.
- Pressure cycling: manage squeeze and gaps; backup rings to cut cold flow/leakage.
